Prices shown are base rates per kilometre excluding VAT. Minimum fares apply. Final quotes include all tolls on the agreed route and driver waiting time of up to 30 minutes. Additional waiting time is billed at R180/hour. Quotes are fixed and valid for 48 hours.

Pay deposit to secure
A 30% deposit secures your booking. The balance is payable 48 hours before departure. Corporate accounts can book on a 30-day payment term.
Your driver arrives on time
Your assigned driver contacts you 30 minutes before pickup. Track the vehicle live via your booking confirmation link.

Policies & compliance
Everything you need to know about deposits, cancellations, NLTA compliance, and documentation.
Deposit policy
30% deposit required to confirm booking. Remaining 70% due 48 hours before departure. Corporate accounts on approved credit terms may pay within 30 days of service.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations more than 72 hours before departure: full deposit refund. 24–72 hours: 50% deposit refund. Less than 24 hours: no refund. Rescheduling is free if done 48+ hours before.
Changes to booking
Passenger count, vehicle class, and pickup time can be changed up to 48 hours before departure at no charge. Route changes within 24 hours may attract a R250 admin fee.
NLTA charter permit
All Buslyft charter vehicles operate under a valid NLTA Operating Licence. Tour operator vehicles carry a CTP (Cross-Border Road Transport Permit) for inter-provincial routes.
Invoice & documentation
A tax invoice is issued within 24 hours of service completion. Vehicle, driver, and PDP details are provided in your booking confirmation. Trip manifests available on request.
Passenger responsibility
The booking party is responsible for ensuring passenger headcounts match the booked capacity. Overloading beyond NLTA limits is not permitted. Children under 12 require an appropriate seat.
